We believe generosity is more than something we give—it's something we live.

The StillWater Impact Team brings people together to serve, connect, and support nonprofit partners who are meeting real needs throughout our community. We encourage people to be boldly generous with their time, resources, and relationships, while helping more people experience the authentic love and freedom found in Jesus.

This is lived out through practical acts of service, fundraising social events, and meaningful connection (being known and inspired to be your best self).

What Members Can Expect

As a member of the Impact Team, you'll receive invitations to:

  • Volunteer events throughout the year

  • Donation drives supporting local nonprofits

  • Family-friendly service opportunities

  • Community gatherings centered around generosity

Participate when it works for your schedule—there is a minimum annual requirement of one serve event and a $25 donation to a partner nonprofit to remain on the team.

Each nonprofit is carefully reviewed and selected based on its mission, local impact, stewardship, and alignment with the values that guide our team. Together, we're able to support causes that strengthen families, restore hope, and care for our neighbors.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, while anyone can visit us at events, we ask for an annual $25 donation to one of our partner nonprofits in order to officially join (or continue with) the StillWater Impact Team.

    We always want to be people of action, not just words. Giving and showing up align your heart to the mission.

    As a thank-you for joining, you'll receive a StillWater Impact Team T-shirt!

  • Your qualifying donation is directed to one of our approved nonprofit partners. These organizations are making a meaningful difference throughout our community, and your gift helps extend their impact.

    Donations do not flow through the Impact Team. You make your donation directly to the chosen organization(s) and send us the confirmation to help us track collective impact.

    Since you are making the donation directly to a 501c3 partner organization, you would be eligible for a tax deduction if you itemize and that organization, not the Impact Team, would be able to provide you with a receipt.

  • By becoming a part of the StillWater Impact Team, you'll receive:

    • An official StillWater Impact Team T-shirt

    • Invitations to volunteer events throughout the year

    • Updates about community service opportunities and partner organizations

    • The opportunity to serve alongside others who are passionate about making a difference

    • Access to a collaborative network of people, nonprofits, and businesses

  • Not at all! There is a minimum commitment of one serve event per year for all members. Join us whenever you're available—whether that's one event each year or several. Every opportunity to serve makes an impact.

    We are better together. To both give and receive the most from your membership we hope you will aim attend as often as you are able.

  • Absolutely! We love serving with families, friends, and coworkers. Many of our events are family-friendly, and each event listing will include any age recommendations or participation guidelines.

    Life is better together and true legacy is about relationships, memories, and experiences.

    Guests do not have to meet member qualifications to join at an event.
